Fouzia is a senior commercial and corporate lawyer and has over the past 15 years worked in private practice in Hong Kong, India and London. She was also in-house counsel at HSBC London. In addition to her role as a consultant, she lectures in contract law, company law, corporate finance law and insurance law at a leading private law school.
