Olga’s practice focuses on startups and early growth companies across various sectors. She is actively involved in their full life cycle, from seed through to later stage funding rounds. Olga works with founders, boards and investors in high-pressure situations, guiding various stakeholders through structuring and transactional pitfalls, ongoing maintenance and compliance considerations, business closures, dispute avoidance and resolution.

Her experience is derived from working in private practice as a litigator as well as general counsel for a Hong Kong digital logistics startup with operations in mainland China, Philippines, India and Pakistan. As general counsel, Olga provided support on a variety of legal and commercial issues including enterprise software/SaaS licensing, blockchain technologies, multi-jurisdictional company establishment, intellectual property protection, human resources and dispute avoidance.
