Randall is a locally qualified Hong Kong disputes lawyer and solicitor advocate. He focuses on insolvency litigation, fraud related disputes, judgment enforcement & asset recovery, and commercial disputes. Randall has extensive experience in the contentious insolvency and bankruptcy arena where he regularly handles both local and cross-border matters on behalf of multiple stakeholders, including liquidators, receivers, trustees, financial institutions, creditors, shareholders and distressed companies. He is experienced in the enforcement of judgments and arbitration awards, and asset recovery generally, including in identifying and freezing of assets in Hong Kong in aid of Hong Kong and foreign legal proceedings, often involving issues relating to complex fraud.
Prior to joining our firm in August 2021, Randall was a partner at the global law firm Kobre & Kim (2014 to 2021) and Gall (2006 to 2014).
