GPS Legal LLP advises MoniMedia in respect of its acquisition by Tag

GPS Legal LLP represented MoniMedia, an award-winning digital commerce agency headquartered in Hong Kong with offices in Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam, in respect of its acquisition by Tag, a media production company offering marketing execution services.

MoniMedia provides e-commerce and omni-channel solutions for global clients. GPS Legal LLP has previously advised MoniMedia on an earlier round of financing.

Tag is a global company based in the UK specialising in a wide range of marketing execution services, from content creation and activation to sourcing and delivery, analytics and subject matter expertise.
