Our law firm has a dedicated team of experienced lawyers which regularly advises clients on employment matters, including consultancy, secondment, and independent contractor agreements; whether these be for more senior or more junior staff. We have a wealth of experience in negotiating and drafting these agreements, and our goal is always to secure the best possible outcome for our clients.

In addition to advising on employment agreements, we assist clients to ensure that their human resources practices are in compliance with the law, including by advising clients on actual or potential disputes, and by considering clients’ employment handbooks and policies.

Our employment lawyers work closely with our data privacy lawyers to ensure that clients’ employment practices are not only in compliance with employment laws, but any data privacy laws applicable to the personal data of employees.

Our disputes partners have extensive experience of advising employers and employees on the enforcement of restrictive covenants, non solicitation and confidentiality obligations in employment contracts including obtaining and resisting injunctions
