- Lead offshore counsel to the co-ordinating committee of bank lenders in multi-billion dollar holistic restructurings of two separate property conglomerates
- Lead offshore counsel to a creditor group on the US$3.5 billion restructuring of Noble Group
- Bermuda and BVI counsel to LGT on the takeover of ABN Amro’s private banking business in Asia and the Middle East, including the migration of several hundred BVI companies
- Lead offshore counsel to Standard Chartered Bank on the US$1.9 billion Cityplaza 3 & 4 acquisition by Gaw Capital and Hengli Investments
- Lead offshore counsel on the US$2.8 billion acquisition of FTLife Insurance by NWS Holdings
- Counsel to J.P. Morgan on the offshore elements of the US$690 million leveraged buyout and privatisation of NASDAQ-listed Shanda Interactive Entertainment Ltd
- Lead offshore counsel on US$470 million acquisition financing for NASDAQ-listed Home Inns in connection with its purchase of Motel 168
