- Multinational entertainment group in respect of negotiation of contracts for provision of branded corporate credit cards with Citibank across the Asia-Pacific
- Global UK headquartered bank in respect of a fintech/payments related project, numerous hire purchase and equipment leasing agreements, facility agreements and corresponding guarantees with Hong Kong incorporated companies (private and publicly listed) and on local Hong Kong retail loan and guarantee documentation
- UK licensed global payments facilitator regarding their Hong Kong (and regional) expansion, including advising them on the Hong Kong regulatory landscape and assisting them with necessary licensing
- Global Middle Eastern and UK focussed bank regarding certain aspects of Islamic finance, share charge and debenture agreements involving assets and companies located in Hong Kong
- World leading Mainland Chinese payments business in respect of terms and conditions for their international merchants in Hong Kong and Europe
